Regency Period Hall Bench with Shaped Back
A mahogany hall bench standing on turned, tapering legs. The back is adorned with reeded molding in the shape of C-scrolls and S-scrolls terminating in rosette carvings. The raised arms at each end are also finely carved. Built of excellent quality, dense mahogany. Retaining a lovely, rich color and patina. An old repaired split to the back.
