A fine quality brass footman with three S-shaped legs on the front. The pierced and engraved top features a central urn motif surrounded by scrolling foliage above a pierced and engraved apron. With iron grill lower tier and iron back legs. As it is larger than most, this footman would work well in front of a fireplace, as intended, or as a side table under the rolled arm of a sofa or easy chair.
